Desafio: é impossível me fazer chorar

What does “me fazer chorar” mean in Portuguese?
In Portuguese, fazer plus a bare infinitive means “to make someone do something.” So me fazer chorar is “make me cry,” and te fazer chorar is “make you cry” — same pattern, different person. The object pronoun (me, te, o) names who’s affected, and fazer carries the “cause” while the second verb stays in its plain infinitive form: fazer rir, fazer pensar, fazer chorar.
Notice that the conjugation lands on fazer, not on the second verb: Você me fez chorar (“you made me cry”), isso vai te fazer chorar (“that’s going to make you cry”). The infinitive never changes. The same frame works with any action — me faz rir (“makes me laugh”), me fez pensar (“made me think”) — which is why mastering it unlocks a whole family of sentences. The clip is a “you can’t make me cry” dare, so the challengers keep firing the pattern back: para me fazer chorar, vai te fazer chorar — the construction repeated until it sticks.
